The Greatest American Hero
Today, I’m sharing a favorite show and a favorite song from the past to celebrate Friday. Yeah! The show? The Greatest American Hero. The song? Believe it or not it’s just me.
A bit about the show.
“A teacher is asked to be a superhero using a special alien suit with powers he can barely understand or control, after losing the instruction manual. He is aided by a Government Agent. Along with his lawyer girlfriend, they together figure out not only how to control the suit, but to right wrongs.”
A bit about the song?
To me, it’s about being a normal person and reaching out and finding that moment when you want to soar, when you feel incredible and able to do anything you ever dreamed. My favorite sort of song.
From an early age I was drawn to dreaming, conquering the impossible, and always believing in hope. I write a little of the impossible mixed with a bit of real, until the impossible feels real.
Do you have a favorite show from the past? Something that influenced you? I’d love to hear it.

I remember when the show first came out. So thrilled to know the Paul Drake and Della Street had a child and he was staring as a super hero. What else would the man be. I happen to love the show too. 🙂
I love your thoughts Anna. You amaze me. You are so creative and lively, and I can't wait to see what you come up with down the road. Hugs my friend. Thank you for dropping in. :0)
I can’t help but to think of George Costanza’s answering machine. 🙂
Holy Moly, I’m laughing so hard. Just YouTubed it since it had been so long since I’d seen Seinfield. I miss that show. 🙂
